A fierce advocate for keeping kids learning safely inside classrooms, good and reliable public transit and enhancing end–of–life care, Lisa was instrumental in removing wait times for OHIP–funded palliative care for Canadian residents who move or return to Ontario. Most recently, Lisa has created legislation that would enshrine rights of congregate care residents to have access to their designated essential and family caregivers. Lisa is a fighter with a proven track-record for Windsor West. She is the Official Opposition Critic for Mental Health and Addiction, and Poverty and Homelessness Reduction.
