STILES: Stan Cho can't stop spending the people's money on his lavish lifestyle

QUEEN'S PARK — Official Opposition Ontario NDP Leader Marit Stiles is continuing to call for accountability from MPP Stan Cho, after reporting by Global News revealed that Doug Ford's now-former Tourism Minister expensed nearly $100,000 in expensive dinners, baseball games, and limousine rentals to his riding association:

"Maybe this is why Stan Cho was so quick to try and sweep this under the rug," said Stiles. "It turns out that billing the Ontario taxpayer for $16,000 in luxury Toronto hotels was just the tip of the iceberg.

"Lobster dinners, airline tickets, Blue Jays games, swanky hotel stays. MPP Cho has been running around living like Drake on donor money. While he enjoys his lavish lifestyle, the people of Ontario are lining up at food banks or working an extra shift so they can pay their rent.

"The Premier sets the standard. Doug Ford prioritized buying himself a luxury private jet over the needs of our province, and now all his Conservative MPPs are booking their seats on the gravy train.

"How deep does the rot in this government run? Doug Ford owes the people of Ontario the truth, and we're going to make sure he gives them their money back too."
